By booking with Bouncy Lions Inflatables LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service.
A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) secures your reservation date and equipment. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event. Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards, ACH, and cash.
7+ days before event: full refund minus $25 processing fee. 3–6 days before: 50% refund. Less than 72 hours: deposit is forfeited. Weather cancellations (active storm or lightning) receive a full credit valid 30 days.
The renter is responsible for adult supervision at all times during the rental. Equipment must not be moved after setup. Weight and capacity limits printed on each unit must be observed. All equipment is built to industry safety standards.
Bouncy Lions carries full liability insurance. The renter accepts responsibility for appropriate supervision and for damage beyond normal wear and tear. Intentional damage is the renter's responsibility.
