How does the free water upgrade work?
Through May 31, every slide rental includes the water feature at no extra charge — no code needed. The Water Add-on is set to $0 at checkout. Just select it when booking.
How long is the rental?
Standard rentals are up to 8 hours — 2–4 hours longer than most DFW competitors. We deliver 1–2 hours before your party starts and pick up at the end of your window.
What areas do you serve?
We deliver across all 8 cities: Prosper, Frisco, Celina, McKinney, Little Elm, Allen, Aubrey, and Plano. Delivery is free within 10 miles of Prosper (covers most of Frisco and Celina), a flat $25 from 10–25 miles, and $50 from 25–75 miles. Outside this radius? Call — we'll work something out.
What if it rains on my party date?
Texas weather happens. If it's actively storming on your booked date, we'll reschedule for free within 30 days — no penalty, no deposit lost.
Are your rentals insured and inspected?
Yes. Bouncy Lions carries full liability insurance on every booking. Every unit is sanitized with commercial-grade disinfectant and inspected before each delivery.
